I had a game played yesterday that was completed. 15 minutes after that game we all got a memo that there would be unexpected downtime. I'm showing a draw where I should be showing a win. I just rechecked the replay and it works all the way to the point where the guy quit. my win total should reflect this. this is the issue. not whether or not mtgo fixed a bug that I don't even know about.

This should take you directly to the ticket que to log a ticket you will need to login with your MTGO credentials first. Then you will need your game ID then explain what happened and what you are looking for as a resolution. Such as reimbursement request, account support etc.
