Earthbend ability doesn't resolve on end step if toph is removed.

Should it? Seems to me if she's removed, there would no longer be an ability on board to resolve.

Firedrake is correct here, Toph, the First Metalbender has to be in play at the start of the end step for her earthbend 2 ability to happen.

As long as Toph, the First Metalbender is in play to trigger her earthbending ability it will resolve even if she is removed, but she needs to be in play at the start of the end step for it to trigger.
