More Info Needed Tiebreakers

Hello
Somehow i cannot see tiebreakers during challanges. (they appear as 0,00%) I thought its normal for all of the players but saw on other player stream that he got normal tiebreakers ;) I already tried full reinstall. Didnt help.

Was this during the middle of the round or between rounds?

Whenever i look at them i see 0,00%. Between rounds, during rounds, when i am elimited and its top8 cut, like always;)
