Not A Bug Tiebreakers not working correctly in challenges

In the Saturday Pioneer Challenge on April 22nd, 33rd place player jakobpablo was not put in top 32 despite having an equivalent record and higher tiebreakers than the player in 32nd place. Filing a reimbursement request only refunded his entry rather than giving him appropriate prizing. What's the point of tiebreakers if they don't mean anything in premier events?

Wanted to add i would like mtgo to clafify what is the issue here. Are the tiebreakers incorrectly stated, or are the standings themselves messed up?

This is a visual issue - tiebreakers and places for 9th and below are frozen at end of Swiss and prizes are being paid by the system on those correct standings. The team is reviewing this.
