Hello MGTO Customer Support,

I am receiving the "this account is not authorized to trade" error whenever I attempt to open a trade with anyone.

Can you please address this issue?

I was specifically told by CS to post here after attempting to open a ticket.

Did you purchase the Upgrade Kit in the Store? The user cannot Trade cards without this item activated in the account.
"Upgrading your account costs $4.99 and adds over 5,000 cards to your account, unlocks all Magic Online account features (including Trading, Chat, the complete Magic Online Store) and more."
