Can confirm in testing that The Necrobloom will incorrectly give the back side of MDFCs Dredge 2. This is incorrect because of 712.8a in the comp rules, and The Necrobloom should never be able to 'see' the land on the back side of the MDFC in the graveyard to be able to give it Dredge 2.
712.8. Each face of a transforming or modal double-faced card has its own set of characteristics. The front face of each meld card and the combined face formed by a meld pair each has its own set of characteristics.
- 712.8a While a double-faced card is outside the game or in a zone other than the battlefield or stack, it has only the characteristics of its front face.
I would like to state that this is different from something like Yawgmoth's Will that gives you permission to play cards from your graveyard, at which point you could play the back side of an MDFC or the instant/sorcery half of an Adventure spell because they fall within the extra permissions granted by Yawgmoth's Will at the time you would make the decision to play them.
