Confirmed Synthetic Destiny Bug in Commander

I play Pakko and Heldan, during the games of commander tested in both ways when casting synthetic destiny it does nothing, but what it meant to do is what the cards says, exile all creatures i control and revel until i get my only creatures in the deck which is leveller and thassa which causes instant win, it seems to be not working at all even if the commanders go to exile.

Not just Commander. I had it happen in a casual Vintage game as well. Cost me the game.
