Confirmed Stuck in a game loop with 2 Opposition Agents and Urza's Saga with no targets

I control 2 Opposition Agents. My opponent goes to resolve their chapter 3 trigger on Urza's Saga; as per Opposition Agent I get to control my opponent while they are searching their library. In this case there are no valid targets available in their library, and I receive the prompt stating that. However, when I click OK on the prompt, the prompt simply comes back; this happens regardless of how many times I click OK on the prompt. As there are no valid targets to choose, the only possible action I can take is to click OK on the prompt, but as the prompt simply comes back every time I click on OK, I am stuck in a loop that will result in me losing the game via timeout.
