Not A Bug Stream of Thought BUG

Since the release of this card it has always had problems, I'm tired of reporting to WOTC to fix this problem, but I've been ignored for 5 years
Well, the problem with this card is basically that it doesn't notify in the log which cards my opponent put back in the deck, so I know how to play around the possible answers.

I wouldn't call this a bug as much as a need for the log to be more clear with what happened. There is a thread in the suggestions asking for more information to be displayed in the log, please upvote and comment there.
