Backlog Sanctum Prelate does not prevent casting X spells that have "with mana value X" wording

Expected if Sanctum Prelate is out naming a number you can't cast any X spell whose mana value on the stack is the number named.
Actual Cards that say "with mana value X" can still be cast. (The UI says they can't but they resolve just fine.)

Note "X or less" spells and similar are not affected. It's not all X spells. Repeal and Entrancing Melody are affected. Erebos's Intervention or Green Sun's Zenith are not.

Can confirm that it appears certain X spells will bypass Sanctum Prelate's casting restriction. The prompt to cast mentions that specific value for X can't be chosen, but will let you choose it anyway for certain spells.
