Refactor Name Filters in Game History

At present it is almost impossible to use the name filter in game history because every item is checked by default so one would have to uncheck a huge number of items. Additionally, names are shown in chronological order which can make it difficult to find a specific name in a list of hundreds.

. As you can see from the scroll icon the list of names goes on and on. Everything on it is checked by default and except the "Premier" and "Scheduled" which are always on top ordering is chronological.
