Rakdos, Lord of Riot: In multiplayer (commander) game the rule - "10/11/2020 If an opponent lost life and subsequently lost the game, Rakdos's first ability is satisfied, and its last ability counts that loss of life" is not working.
The same happens with Florian the rule "09/24/2021 If an opponent loses life and subsequently loses the game before your postcombat main phase, Florian's last ability counts that loss of life." It is not working in multiplayer (commander) games.
