Hi all,
A few quick suggestions that would really speed up games and improve the gameplay experience. I take really slow turns clicking and being afraid of clicking the wrong things on my steps. Anything to speed up play without being too risky would be great. I'm generally agnostic as to whether any of these are accomplished via a default setting change, opt-in setting change, or hotkey. More optional hotkeys would be great.

- Autoresolve triggered abilities with no options on permanents I control (toggleable setting or hotkey) - When one of my permanents trigger and does something to benefit me, with no options to choose, I'd prefer for it to just happen. For example, when an enchantment enters, draw a card. Or when a squirrel enters, do 1 damage to each opponent. Sure, if I need to choose something, that's different, but clicking through all the triggers wastes time.
- There should be some hotkey(s) to just dump all of the triggers from the trigger window to the stack. 90% of the time I don't care about the trigger sequence, so it would REALLY speed things up if I could have a hotkey or two to autoresolve the trigger window, because my lord it takes time to click through 50 triggers.
- I know this one is fraught with peril, but it would be awesome if I could (optionally) turn on a setting or use a hotkey to autotap all the appropriate lands on spell cast. Yes, I'm sure many people would get it wrong, so put a big disclaimer on it, but most of the time I don't care which land I'm tapping. Could even be: Hold down [_] when dragging the card, and poof! card played, no click.
- Timeouts - Yes, I heard "kick" got abused but there really should be a better way to time people out, or at least have a setting available (with a disclaimer on the open play list) that autopasses priority in a reasonable time. People setting up a room could set the per-priority timeout to, say, 1 minutes, or total time on turn to X minutes. It really messes up the flow when someone can just freeze and hold priority forever. You could bring back kick, but only let's say if someone is being chronically laggy.
