For a few years now you have to manually put the upkeep aether vial triggers on the stack. Frustratingly, choosing to stack abilities automatically does not automate this process so you always have to click one extra time, or more up to the number of aether vials.
I would really love to see a quality of life improvement where, if we still need to put it on the stack, there was some shortcut that worked so you could do it automatically. Especially with the lag these days it leads to a lot of extra clicking and a lot of extra time lost, and is fairly frustrating because it's meaningless 99.9% of the time.
