Wasn't there some kind of licensing limitation on how long they could sell the 40K product?
(Of course, if that's true, it may also apply to Fallout, so that may be disappearing soon, as well.)

This is not possible as the window for us to sell 40k has passed. We let the community know that we only had a very small window to sell 40k at the time.

What about Fallout? Not that there are any $90 cards in the set, but is there a limited window in which they will be available as well?
