Could Not Reproduce Psychic Frog passing priority w/o input

I had an issue in a challenge I played in where in one specific instance, I wanted to use psychic frog's ability after blockers but before damage, but the game auto yielded through it without me having auto yield on. It ended up costing me the game.

Can we presume you have Stops set at the Begin, Attack and Block phases for both players?
