Fixed PRM Image Updates or Display Bug?

By chance were the frames for PRM cards recently modified?

Scrubland (PRM) - Card ID 43616

Before the card art looked like this.

Now when you look at the same card in game it looks like this.

This is the full body of the DEK file used for testing.

After the server transition the two Bayou's I have on MTGO changed from the Masters 3/4 version (the original card art) to one of the weird looking promotional versions. I went to a bot and tried to see what the difference was in TIX, but to get the two back to Masters 3/4 it's going to cost me close to 10 TIX. I submitted a report and they told me to submit it here on the forums for some reason. I'm curious if anyone else has had the issue. Additionally, I would really like to know what WotC/Daybreak Games/whoever owns MTGO now is going to do about it. None of my other cards were affected (as far as I can tell).
