Could Not Reproduce Preview & Chat windows don't appear with > 100% Screen Scale

I have the Card Preview Window setting enabled in the client, and also pop the chat window out so it is in its own window. I recently got a new monitor, and have been running in 125% screen scale in Windows. When I run mtgo with that screen scale the card preview window and the chat windows don't appear at all on screen.

Steps to reproduce:

• Set Windows Settings > System > Display > Scale to 125%
• Open mtgo
• Enable the Display Card Preview Window setting in mtgo.
• Go to collections. The card preview window will not be visible
• Open a new chat. The chat window will not be visible.

If you hover over mtgo in the task bar you can see the windows are represented there with a preview, but just show a placeholder.

Testing applied: Tested on multiple Pcs by changing Windows' Display Scale before and while the MTGO Client is open. Opening and closing the Card Preview and Chat windows.
Test Results: Everything behaved as intended.
