The format could desperately use some boost to actual control decks and so I was very excited to see Humility as an unban. I'm completely okay with trying out Price of Progress as well since it will just further make basic count and fetch a real consideration of the format which again I enjoy. And that's the thing if any of these changes end up being unreasonably obnoxious they can be removed in a future ban. I would much rather take the risk and try things out than to have a bloated list that's too afraid of ever making a mistake.
This whole thread wasn't boosted by people who play on MTGO: it's mostly astroturfed by a small group of French people who recently started a coup against Duel Commander and
asked their local group to do so (same person), all while dragging some from the outside as well, following some recent actions that wouldn't go towards their group interests. As you can see, 98% accounts voting/+1'ing are new members, will probably never use MTGO and rely on fear and coordination in moves. The ratio of votes/views is also eloquent as well as their number of contributions and social engagement here. I alone, for instance, have spent over 1,500 EUR on MTGO, when I used to play more, but that isn't the stake, here.
We, on the contrary, are polite and respectful people, and will not intrumentalize our precious and professional relationship with MTGO to act like this, regardless of the outcome, which we will accept politely. Just wanted to have you know, so that you understand why this is happening.
I'm sorry about all the mess generated by all this, which you might have to disagree with (I suppose downvoting could help showing your disagreement, though).
(BTW Humility is one of the coolest new answers to the trends of our game, and Price of Progress really makes red decks get another sweaty chance to win. According to the published decklists, that should be welcome.
