Please evaluate an option to run servers or some sort of permanent proxy in EUROPE. Lag to US is dramatically affecting gameplay.
When running game in Poland/other EU locations I constantly see delays ~160-200ms towards the only servers sitting behind DC in Las Vegas*.
No matter which country i connect from (tested through a VPN), the only servers available are only present in Las Vegas which is far away connection wise and heavily impacts game play where chess clock runs out 2x fater than for opponents playing in US.

This is serveryly affecting game playability, causes multiple game timeouts and hurts UI by getting "Connecting to server".
Your troubleshooting page only suggests to run traces and does not offer any usuable ways to speed up the game or improve the connection (over which we have no control when leaving ISPs network).

Can you try to replicate the service to have servers in Europe? This would benfit the community and make it more playable (where game does lose a lot of competetiveness with Arena due to horrible lagging and slow interface).
Additionally with every activation of the app, it appears as if the game was downloading both the manifests of cards i own, decklists and then card images/database. Can't you try to enable options for players to preemptively download as much of that as possible to decrease the slowness on every login attempt.

There are mutliple suggestions/complaints already on this forum that try to raise the problem of slowness when connecting to the service.

is it cost? data compliance? support requirements? Just having trouble seeing why it'd be difficult to have at least an Europe, North America and Asia server presence.
