Resolved Phyrexian Espionage forces opponent to discard without Kicking

Hello Team,
I sadly don't have the screenshot, but was told by my recent opponent that Phyrexxian Espionage asked him to discard even when I did not Kick it. I can test some more, however ask to check please.

Thanks 42en, I actually removed the card from my deck but played against Bernard right after who had it and also used it on me, so I manage to get a screenshot, lucky me . If a further screen is needed by Admins I'm happy to add.
