Backlog Petalmane Baku when activated stops the game and starts a Gamereplay for both players

When you have Petalmane Baku on the field and try to activated his ability to create Mana, the Game stops emediatly and starts a Game Replay for both players. After the Replay is done to the point where the error happens, the Game restarts and both player start a new game. The Result is 1-0-0 for the player who activated the Petalmane Baku.

Have also encountered this. Seems to happen every time it's activated

This is still an issue now, over half a year since this was posted. This is kind of crazy as it makes the card unplayable. Do the MTGO developers actually read these posts?
