Confirmed "Out of the Tombs" issues respecting the trigger when drawing cards caused by opponent

When "Out of the Tombs" is on the battlefield, all draw effects initiated by the controlling player work fine provided a creature is in the graveyard. In the screenshot above, when no creature is in the graveyard, no choice can be made and the game is not lost.

Slightly worse, but I can't reproduce in a one player game, this occurred on the previous game I played (non-practice) against an actual player in the Vintage two player queues.
Conditions:
Out of the Tombs on the battlefield, one Thassa's oracle and two Street Wraiths in the yard, no cards in library

Action: opponent cast ancestral recall targetting player with Out of the Tombs on the battlefield.

Expected: Three individual requests to put a creature on the battlefield instead of drawing three cards.
Actual: Immediate game loss.

The game and logs went away immediately and I couldn't find them, but it seems as if the trigger only triggers when I cause myself to draw cards, but not when an opponent causes me to draw cards.

If you need any additional iformation, logs, or otherwise, please let me know.

Side note: I left the game sitting and open and tried to get past the condition to put a creature on the field and thassa's ability activated. I think the lock on not losing might have dealt with the trigger, and not as worried about it. The biggest issue is when opponents force me to draw cards with this on the battlefield.

Secondary notes to encourage upvotes: Trying to see if this is playable in doomsday as a faster way to work around narset / hullbreacher / etc. Effectively getting this on the field and resolving doomsday requires zero spells cast after to win.

EDIT: "Out of the Tombs"
No idea where I came up with Door
