In about four cases across two different matches of Commander Open Play so far, I've tried to cast Oskar, Rubbish Reclaimer from my command zone while I have cards in my graveyard, but the game insists that I need to pay 3UB mana, when the casting cost should have been reduced by at least 1 or more in each of those cases due to different mana costs of cards in my graveyard. Oskar's first ability has not worked at all for me since the last update.
