I’m reporting a match issue where my opponent’s timer reached 0:00, but the match did not end and no loss was assigned.

This occurred during the game event # 288262500 game 1 # 955518426

During the game, my opponent’s clock fully expired (showing 0:00). However, instead of the match ending automatically with a loss for the timed-out player, the game continued / the match state did not resolve as expected.

There was no disconnect message or manual concession. The clock simply hit zero and the normal timeout loss did not trigger.

Please review the match logs and advise on the outcome.

Thank you.

This is typically a visual-only issue. The displayed in-game clock can sometimes fall out of sync with the actual correct time stored on the servers when you experience any sort of connection delay or client stutter, even imperceptible ones. Rest assured, the right time almost certainly was being kept on the backend.
