Resolved Opponennt timed out but the game didnt register

I was playing a Pioneer league when my opponnent timed out while i was resolving triggers. The game didnt register it but it was still running allowing me to look at my sideboard look at cards etc. I waited for 10 minutes because the only way to close the window was by conceading a match. I decided to close the program all together and open it again. The result of the match wasnt subbmited and according to the game the match is still in progress as seen by a message i recieved: Unable to join queue. Current match pending. Please wait a moment before attempting to join the queue. If the problem persists please contact Game Support for assistance. To do so, File a ticket at [a:url=https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us]https://help.mtgo.com/hc/en-us[/a]. When I opened the match window once again everything is blank. I dont know what to do.

Same thing happen to me in a modern match. Op's timer ran out, but game didnt end. I then conceded hoping it would fix it, but now cant join queue and no game log.
