Declined Only foil version of cards

Hello, i want to ask why are there only foil versions of retro-frame cards like Narcomoeba, Shambling Shell and Creeping Chill from the edition Ravnica Remastered?. WiIl the nonfoil versions of these cards be added to Magic Online?

The foils were given out as Player Rewards one month. Nonfoils of these uncommons can be opened in RVR boosters

Apologies this was overlooked.

A review shows that normal versions of those cards were not included in RVR packs. There are no current plans to distribute them.

Out of curiosity, why is this the case?

Because in normal distribution channels (TC & MOPR) they would be considered a reward.

1. Was it intentional to not add them to the packs?
2. If yes why would you only release a foil version when almost most of the players dont play with foils?
3. Why can't those cards be added as rewards in TC or MOPR?

instead of waiting months for a reply i will answer:

1. It was a mistake, the nonfoil versions of the cards are already added to the client, only the distribution is missing. I saw the DB_xxx accounts play with the nonfoil versions so the only thing missing is the cards since they are already coded in.

2. You add things nobody asked for, i see foil cards maybe 1/100 matches even less, nobody plays with them since they dont have the same appeal as paper foil cards, nobody buys them since the spread is insane. Worse is you spam them in chests since you upraded the look of them and again nobody asked for this or wants foils.

3. This one i dont know they would be perfectly fine in chests or player rewards but i guess you cant admit you made a mistake.
