Newbie Needs Help

Joined today hoping to build a commander deck and play online. Got the basic expansion $5 kit, and then bought the $40 Commander booster. Uploaded cards to my account. Cards I want in my deck are still not available - for example Kefka, Court Mage. How to I get all of the cards I want for my deck? Do I have to purchase booster packs and hope to draw them or then trade for them?

Hey Cougar,
Welcome to MTGO. If you are looking for specific cards, you can click on the trade tab and find most any card there for trade, or you can open booster packs. If the cards are part of sets that are no longer being sold, you will have to trade for them in order to obtain those cards. Kefka falls into the category of trade or open packs, as it is not part of the commander bundle.
