I am new to using MTGO, i want to upgrade my basic account to the upgraded account, when i go to checkout, i enter my creditcard information and then tells me that there is an preview error with the purchase, the shipping address info in-game its incorrect since my country (Paraguay) does not exists in the list, but it does on the checkout page. I contacted support, asked me for info, i gave it to them and they say its not correct (when it literally is) and they are checking purchase reports from September 2018????, i tell them its impossible since i haven't bought anything from MTGO nor Daybreak related ever, and they just stop responding, please help.
