Hello, MTGO gives me this error message every time I go to my collection.
I already uninstalled MTGO yesterday and this morning but the problem persists.
Can you help me solve the problem?
Thank you in advance

First off, did you do ALL the following prior to re-install?

After you uninstall Magic Online,
Clear the ClickOnce Cache
Press Windows Key + R or go to Start -> Run (Search -> Run, then Click Run in Windows 8)
In the box, type: rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
Then click “OK” (if prompted)
AND:
Press Windows key + R
Type %LocalAppData%\Apps
Delete the 2.0 folder
THEN:
Restart your computer, and install the client from the link they provide.
If after reinstalling the client you still experience the issue, contact customer support at help.mtgo.com

Also, if you ARE finally able to get back to your Collection tab, set your Default Display view to List View, not Card View. This should help prevent taxing/overloading your graphics processor every time you click the Collection tab, especially if you have, say, 10,000+ cards in your collection (which isn't hard to achieve if you have the free starter cards, the Account/Collection Upgrade Kit, and maybe the Commander Workshop). Set all your Search Filters BEFORE switching to Card View. (Seriously, nobody needs to look at 10,000+ cards at once to build a deck.)

Good Luck in any case!

Tag that needs to be applied: Can not Reproduce
Testing applied: Entered into the collection and spent some time navigating around it on 5 different clients and accounts on both QA and live clients. Attempted this 3 times each client.
Test Results: Was unable to trigger a crash.
