MTGO Client constantly crashing

For the last week, MTGO has been constantly crashing for me. This occurs across multiple Windows 11 devices. I keep getting the attached error message. I've already tried a clean install. I don't know what else to do at this point. Any thoughts?

What steps have you followed for the clean install?

Right what I mean is that have you gone through every step and make sure it worked? Like the 2.0 folder is a typical one that does not delete properly and allow you to really do a clean install. Also doing a click once cache clear can get missed as well. So want to make sure you were able to follow all of those first before we try other things.
Yes, I followed all of these instructions. Just tried it once more. Same result. I clicked on the Collection tab and it crashed 'MainNavigation' error.
 
when it crashs it will give you an option to download your logs when that happens thats what I need.
Unfortunately, it's not giving me that option. The game just freezes, I see MainNavigation error, and it crashes. It's happening every time I try open Collection now too.

i dont know if this is the same issue. but as of TODAY, MTGO client keep quitting on me. seems like the serve is having issue and the client automatically log me off, and kick me out of the game.

Seems like severe server issues that keeps having disconnect issue.

Can you log a ticket so we can start tracking this to see if we can get more data?

Sure, I can do that. To be honest, I'm having similar issues on a totally different computer that's brand new. It crashes on launch. It crashes when I click the Collection tab. Makes no sense to me that different machines are having this same problem.

how many cards do you have in your collection?
