Confirmed Melira, Sylvok Outcast vs Inkmoth Nexus

Hi,

I recently played a match against a hammertime deck.

• My opponent animated an Inkmoth Nexus and equipped Colossus Hammer to it.
• I was at 15 life.
• I controlled a Melira, Sylvok Outcast.
• After my opponent attacked with the 11/11 Inkmoth Nexus, and after declaring no blockers, I was immediately assigned a loss.

According to my understanding of the rules, the attack should have had no real effect, due to the known interaction between Inkmoth and Melira noted in Melira's Gatherer entry.

Inkmoth would still have infect due to having a more recent timestamp, but it would be unable to deal poison counters due to Melira's first ability.

Instead, Inkmoth was able to keep infect and apparently deal poison counters to me.
