Hello! I was in a situation where I needed to cast March of the Otherwordly Light with X=3. I had just 3 lands in play though, so I decided to exile a white card from my hand to reduce the cost by 2 colorless mana. However, the program didn't allow me to select X greater than 2. For the record, I had a "Lavinia, Azorius Renegade" in play. While this card should have no effect on the cards I play, it could have triggered the bug if the game mistakenly applied the first clause "Each opponent can’t cast noncreature spells with mana value greater than the number of lands that player controls." to myself as well.
