Confirmed March of Otherworldly Light can exile anything when cast for free with Amped Raptor

As the title says, my opponent exiled my Amulet of Vigor when they shouldn't have been able to. Later I was able to reproduce the bug in the single-player freeform queue, and I could target and exile anything, regardless of the target's mana value.

Can confirm in testing that March of Otherworldly Light when cast off of an Amped Raptor trigger does let you exile any nonland permanent, which is definitely not correct.
