Limited Showcase Qualifiers

Hello there,

There used to be limited showcase challenges and limited showcase qualifiers which were later discontinued. I would love to see these make a return. Was the uptake not very good with these? They seem to have been replaced so that there is now 2 legacy ones instead. Please throw us limited lovers a bone.

We are keeping the same structure for 2023 for MOCS - that is:
  • 3 non-rotating formats (Leg/Pio/Mod) and 1 rotating format (Vint/Paup/Std), each with 3 Showcase Challenges and a Showcase Qualifier
  • 2 MOCS Open Limited events (direct win-and-in)
  • 2 Leaderboard slots
We have explored additional structure options for MOCS and may consider changes for 2024.

The Qualifiers and Super Qualifiers are slanted about equally between Limited and Constructed. We'll look into slanting these a bit more towards Limited for future seasons, though much depends on season length, working around releases, etc.
