Absolutely nowhere on the purchase screen of anywhere else in MTGO is there a notice that you are limited to 8 transactions in a 24 hour period, and that the clock to restart transactions ends AFTER the last purchase. So I was buying tickets to play in the Vintage Cube Feeder Event on a per draft basis (6 tickets) and spent less than $55 over about 12 hours, but when I went to purchase another entry I was blocked. I could have bought $50,000.00 in one transaction apparently though, which is absolutely ridiculous. This has now cost me any chances to continue entering as the event closes for new entries in about an hour. Unfortunately I have a job and real life responsibilities so this was the weekend I was able to engage in this, and now it is completely ruined. I submitted a ticket to the support team and all they could say was essentially, "Too bad, sucks to be you." So while I appreciate what Daybreak has done on the gameplay side since taking over, the actual backend technical management is complete ****. So while I will not be using MTGO anymore, my suggestion for future avoidance, or at least acknowledgment, of this issue is to put a notice when making a purchase of tickets or anything else of this arbitrary 8 transaction per 24 hour rule.
