When Lifecraft Engine is enchanted with Flood the Engine, it loses all abilities (layer 6). The type changing effect (level 4) still occurs correctly. However, the power/toughness buff (layer 7) is still occurring in this case, but should not since it is in a later layer than the ability removing. I suspect the card is incorrectly coded to have the type changing and power/toughness buff under one effect, instead of two, so once the type changing occurs, it thinks the other parts of the effect should still apply, but since they are two different effects, that should not be the case.
