Confirmed Kunoros, Hound of Athreos's static ability is incorrectly applied when it enters alongside other creatures

Expected:

• Kunoros, Hound of Athreos, while in a graveyard, should not effect reanimation spells or abilities. Kunoros's ability should only be in effect while it is on the battlefield.

Actual:

• Kunoros, Hound of Athreos affects what can be mass reanimated by spells, preventing cards underneath it in the graveyard from being reanimated.

Affects cards like Command the Dreadhorde, Eerie Ultimatum, Rise of the Dark Realms, and Magister of Worth (Grace mode). (Note that Living Death and Living End are not affected because they are worded somewhat differently.)

Here there was one Grizzly Bears beneath the Kunoros and one above. Only one enter but Kunoros prevented the other entering:

There is an old mtgsalvation thread covering this exact interaction, and the answer makes sense to me as long as everything is entering at the same time and not sequentially.
