Resolved Kozilek command fizzling

Hello! I'm updating this post with game ID and screenshot later.

Yesterday after the patch I cast kozilek command for 0 modes were target player scry X and draw, second mode was exile target creature with mana value X.

I targeted myself for the scry draw and an opponent's eldrazi spawn for the exile creature effect.

My opponent sacrificed his spawn in response and the whole kozilek command fizzled when in reality it still has a valid target and should not fizzle.

Playing tron against ruby storm, kozilek's command making spawns and exiling Ral. Ral flipped and none of Kozileks commands modes resolved. My opponent was as confused as I was.

Was playing a multiplayer commander game when I played Kozilek, the Broken Reality. I targeted one of my opponents and myself with his manifest ability, but I only had one card in hand. Once Kozilek's ability went on the stack I was unable to resolve the ability. It got "stuck" on the select 2 cards to manifest part of Kozilek's ability and wouldn't finish resolving the ability which would've eventually burned out my timer and forced me to lose.

I've just submitted a reimboursement request for the same reason, I confirm that the behavior is wrong.
