Resolved It is now impossible for me to sideboard as client laggy and times out

hi, with the last update, the game is basically unplayable for me because is impossible to sideboard in time. just double clicking on the cards I want to put in or out of the sideboard simply doesn't work any more. dragging the cards from the deck or from the sideboard to the other zone doesn't work any more. I have to manually select a card in the deck and right click to later select move it to sideboard, and it's all so slow and laggy....

I don't know if this has something to do with the new hover-on preview. However I feel that the last update changed something low level about MTGO as all the card engine looks and feels different. Please bring back the old.

Did the recommended 'fix' of resizing both panels during sideboarding, but then the client freezes again so I can't sideboard anyway

Clean install and every other suggested fix changed absolutely nothing about it. Game still completely unplayable for me

you need to adjust your slider bar and it should fix the problem
Hi Torbin, as we wrote above, the slider only makes you see the cards, the lag persists. I also tried the clean uninstall but doesn't solve the problem. Is this being looked into? Thanks.

I have been managing to click and drag to select multiple cards before right clicking to move them, but it is still slow, clunky, and annoying as I experience this same lag. I definitely hope it gets figured out soon.

If a clean install is not working for you we recommend you delete the 2.0 folder when doing a clean install and clearing your clickonce cache many others have tried this and it has resolved their issue.

Some additional info, though I'm not sure how relevant: What ends up happening for me is that everything in game is smooth, but during sideboarding it takes a very long time after clicking a card. Any method of sideboarding lags here, and I also am unable to select the dialog box to close out of MTGO or concede the match during sideboarding either.

If you could provide a video that may be helpful to see what you are dealing with. Have you also tired messing with the slider bar? Running the client as admin?

Yeah I've done both of those things. I can try to get a video. Very frustrating as an MTGO Grinder to not be able to play heh
