In Duel Commander match, during the between game procedure, you are allowed to swap your commander.
You must go from a legal command zone to another, with only the cards from your main deck.
This rule, known as swap rule, is implemented in MTGO.
But, when you are in the sideboard interface, and you double click a card, or just drag and down it to the Sideboard zone, MTGO will not recognize the card as a card in your collection anymore, making any swap impossible.
I experienced the bug twice already and wasn't able to revert the change nor submit my decklist, making my opponent and I waiting for the 2 minutes procedure to complete.
Leovold or my initial command zone appear not in my collection

Hi, probably same bug: Cards placed in sideboard after game 1 (draft league) not visible when sideboarding after game 2.
