Inkfathom Witch has the ability
: Each unblocked creature has base power and toughness 4/1 until end of turn. This should only affect attacking creatures as "an 'unblocked creature' is a creature that attacked and wasn't blocked." Currently, however, it turns all creatures that aren't blocked into 4/1s including all non-attacking creatures.
