Resolved Incorrect Kaito, Bane of Nightmares and containment priest interaction

My opponent attacked with an orcish bow master and it was not blocked, then they tried to ninjutsu in Kaito. The bowmaster was returned to hand but the Kaito was exiled. I believe this is the incorrect interaction and the Katio should have resolved. Here is a reddit thread explaining how the interaction should work.

This should not be marked as "Not a Bug", there's no question in the rules about this. A Ninjutsu'd Kaito should not be exiled by Containment Priest. At the time Containment Priest's replacement effect would come into play, Kaito is not a creature because he does not have any loyalty counters yet.

The Ninjutsu ability does not count as being cast and the creature/planeswalker will be exiled by Containment Priest.

@Torbin this should be re-evaluated as it appears to indeed to be a bug. Including the previous reddit post of how the mtg judges broke it down here https://www.reddit.com/r/askajudge/comments/1ghun77 . Kaito wouldn't be exiled per rule 614.12 and is broken down in the article the previous poster mentioned.

On mtg arena it is currently programmed correctly and containment priest does not exile kaito when it is ninjustu is used to enter the battlefield.
