Confirmed Illuminator Virtuoso bugged

When you target Virtuoso you will get the proper trigger; however if you discard a non-land card the +1/+1 counter is placed on the discarded card and not on the conniving Virtuoso. This happened in two games every time a spell targeted the Virtuoso.
