I can't login to my account

It's not sending any code to my email, please help!
This is happening for me too, was working this morning and now I can't login. Checked all my email settings, sent in a ticket to mtgo support and received confirmation of the support ticket to that email account. Anyone else?

This was something they supposedly resolved a while back.
I don't think so. There are complaints almost daily on the Discord from people not receiving their verification codes, either through e-mail or Authenticator apps. Seems to be more frequent on weekends, when Daybreak undoubtedly has fewer people at work. My theory is their outgoing email server goes down / reboots / is undergoing maintenance, and nobody notices. ;)

What we have found is that some email providers do not like us for whatever reason. Our recommendation is to try to switch emails to a Gmail or something like that and typically the emails goes through pretty quickly after that.

We have found that Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo seem to be the best and do not block us. We understand how frustrating this can be though. You can always reach out to customer support for further help but here there is nothing we can really do to help with account issues.

I'm having the same problem. I can't even login to send a support ticket! I'm so pissed! This 2FA is stupid! There should be an option to remember my device forever or have the option to receive the messages to my phone! This is BS!

Actually, you CAN receive the messages to your phone if you use an Authenticator app. But you'd have to be able to log a support ticket to get that changed, methinks. I wonder why you can log in here (these Forums), but can't login to the Help site. Very strange indeed.
