Not A Bug Humility and Hallowed Haunting

Hello again,

I spotted another rule-bug with Humility: I played Hallowed Haunting and after this I played Humility. Then I controlled 7 enchantments and the creatures I control become 1/1 but didn't get flying. Then I destroyed my own Hallowed Haunting and cast it again. The creatures got flying. After this I cast an other Humility and the flying is gone. But this shouldn't be an timestamp issue, because the flying effect comes from an enchantment with isn't effected by Humility.

Greetings,

In this case the timestamp will take over following rule 613.7.

The card with the earliest timestamp will have priority and take over as for the abilities on Layer 6.

As a nuance, Hallowed Haunting's 7 Enchantment requirement ability is always active and gives the effect upon having 7 or more enchantments in play, unlike Myth Realized which activates a new ability that takes over other effects on Layer 7.

613.7. Within a layer or sublayer, determining which order effects are applied in is usually done using a timestamp system. An effect with an earlier timestamp is applied before an effect with a later timestamp.
