Whenever the activated ability of Holistic Wisdom resolves, instead of returning a card to it your hand, the game is restarted. I don't use MTGO all that often but I assume the game restarting is how MTGO deals with a bug that stops the program from continuing the current game. Also, picking a target that doesn't share a type with the exiled card also causes a restart instead of doing nothing.
