Confirmed Heartfire hero death triggers not happening when sacrficed to rottenmouth viper

Had hearthire hero to an 11 power. my opponent was at 4. i sacrificed the hero to rottenmouth viper to win. and the death trigger never happened! i have 3 screen shots to show it, but unsure how to post them on here?
ended up losing my match due to it. my opponent even commented on it that he thought he was dead and i should report a bug.

Was there anything on the board that would cause the Hero to be exiled when sacced, instead of dying? I.e., did it actually go to the graveyard?
If it really "died" and this was a Pay-to-Play Event that you lost because of a bug, you might want to file a ticket for reimbursement.

nothing on the battlefield. i did check it over. i have a screenshot of it even going to the graveyard after, im not sure how to put them on here but i have 3 screenshots for it. ill file a ticket

actually, not too sure how to file a ticket. never done it before, thought this was the way.
