So I built a Greasefang deck, and played it like you would normally; put vehicles in the graveyard, then get them back at the beginning of combat. One small issue, MTGO does the stack trigger, puts the Vehicle on the board with haste, then goes right to declare attackers with no chance to actually crew the hasted Vehicle you put on the board.
I can't crew it before it goes to declare attackers, and I can't crew it during declare attackers, so Greasefang's ability is actually just useless. I could not get this to work properly. Is this a bug, or am I overlooking something?
The Game ID I encountered this is: 878317978 (Event # is 268772041 , unsure which one is needed)

- Put a vehicle card in your graveyard.
- Proceed to Begin Combat.
- Greasefang, Okiba Boss's ability is put on the stack.
- Target the vehicle in your graveyard.
- It returns to the field with haste.
- MTGO will proceed directly to declare attackers, giving no chance to crew said vehicle. You cannot crew the vehicle in declare attackers, therefore making the ability useless.
