When casting Grave Scrabbler for its madness cost, it doesn't trigger on entering.

As the title says. This happened in a match as well as when testing on single player. In addition, kitchen imp's madness ability went on the stack but there was no card to click on so it couldn't be cast. Seems like madness + sideboarding is all screwed up right now.

Bit of further testing, cards that care about being cast for madness cost now function as if cast for their regular cost. From Underneath the Floorboards when madness cast for x=0 still makes 3 zombies and gains 3 life.
